Shipping policy

We use an automated freight quoting system that brings you real-time costs for shipping based on precisely what has been ordered, including delivery distance and weight of the package(s) being shipped. Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please read each items' description carefully prior to purchasing.

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and in most cases go out within 3-7 business days after the order is confirmed with credit card authorization and verification. Currently we are only able to provide international shipping to Australia, to which delivery times for certain items may be quite extensive. These items will be noted as such in their description and the estimated delivery time for that particular item will be provided based on the location it ships from.

A shipping confirmation email, including shipment tracking information for estimated delivery date(s) from the shipping service provider, will be sent to the email address provided at the time an order is placed.
