Refund policy

Nikita Karmen has a no refunds or return policy. We want you to be satisfied and love your order. If you’re not completely satisfied we want to know why (so we can do better) and work with you until you’re happy with your experience.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please read each item's description carefully prior to purchasing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will gladly replace any item of equal value to you if the original item was defective or lost during shipping.

Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange for a valid reason, i.e. ordered wrong size, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase and the item you are returning.

Please note that you will be required to receive return authorization to send back your item for exchange acceptance prior to your replacement item shipping out. To receive return authorization and initiate the exchange process, please can contact us at shop@nikitakarmen.com.

Items sent back to us without first requesting return authorization will not be accepted.
